We’re growing our cultivation operations in Boonton and looking for passionate, hard-working individuals to join our team as Full-Time Cultivation Technicians.

When: Tuesday, September 15th | 10:00 AM - 12:00PM & 1:00PM-3:30PM

About the Role

• Our next Cultivation Technician will play a key role in executing crop production tasks that follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for indoor cannabis cultivation. Cultivators are hands-on with every part of the plant’s life cycle - from clone to harvest - and help ensure our products meet the highest quality standards.
• You’ll work alongside an experienced team and gain valuable skills that can lead to advanced roles within our grow operation.

What You’ll Do

• Support all stages of the cannabis growth cycle - propagation, vegetative, flowering, and harvesting.
• Monitor plant health and environmental factors (light, temperature, humidity, nutrition).
• Execute Integrated Pest Management (IPM) procedures and maintain plant cleanliness and care.
• Handle watering, pruning, defoliation, transplanting, and other daily cultivation duties.
• Maintain accurate inventory and tracking in the state-mandated electronic tracking system.
• Assist with post-harvest processing, packaging, and sanitation of cultivation areas.
• Operate and maintain irrigation, lighting, and climate systems.
• Uphold compliance, safety, and security standards in every task.
