(Responsibilities):\nThe Edibles Production Technician will perform critical tasks to ensure that the company's regulated cannabis infused products are produced in a timely, high quality, and compliant manner.\nThe person in this role needs to have strong attention to detail, follow direction well, maintain consistency across large volumes of products, and be an adaptable team player\nOperate, clean, and maintain all equipment and kitchen area\nComplete production orders with consistency and quality while maintaining reasonable speed\nKeep accurate records at all steps to maintain quality and control of regulated product\nAwareness and adherence to GMP, Food Safety, and QA regulations\nStrict adherence to department SOPs and recipes\nMaintain proper PPE and hygiene\nImplementation of new systems and processes related to edibles products\nRequires the ability to sit or stand for 10 hours per day and requires consistent hand eye coordination and excellent hand dexterity.\nMust be able to bend, lift and stoop continuously\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nTo be successful in this role we know you’ll need (Requirements):\nSelf-motivated to learn and improve.\nStrong mathematical skills with ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide various units of measure.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast paced, team environment.\nHigh stress tolerance, adaptable, ability to work in an ever-changing environment, flexible\nEffectively communicate in English, both written and verbal.\nCapable of sitting, standing, kneeling, bending, squatting and/or walking for extended periods.\nAbility to push, pull, or lift a minimum of 50 lbs.\nAbility to read, interpret, and apply information obtained from manuals, data sheets, or other documents.\nCulinary background and experience, strongly preferred.\nMust be and remain compliant with any and all company regulations.\nHigh School education or equivalent\nExperience working in a GMP manufacturing or laboratory environment is preferred.\nExperience in the medical marijuana/cannabis industry is preferred but not
