Employees are required to wear protective gear and have the option to wear eye and ear protection. Certain areas of the facility use harsh chemicals for cleaning such as bleach and can have repetitive movements. Employees should be comfortable and capable of working under all of the above conditions.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nAssist store manager in reaching all store objectives daily\nAbility to oversee all cash functions and perform all duties including opening and closing procedures\nConfident and making assertive decisions - the potential of being the only lead in building\nConsistently monitor and encourage team members to meet the companies service standards\nProactive in solving customer concerns and escalations\nCommitted to ensuring customer satisfaction\nHelp promote a positive work environment and team morale\nComfortable training new team members, including the ability to coach on KPIs and sales goals\nQUALIFICATIONS\nMust be 21 years of age or older and be able to pass a background check\nHigh school diploma or GED required\n0-2 years of retail experience required; key holder experience preferred\nTrustworthy with highly confidential materials and information\nMinimum two years experience in retail customer service\nProfessional knowledge and working experience of cannabis products from a regulated retail or medical distribution center are highly preferred.\nSuperior organizational skills, detail-oriented with the ability to work independently\nAbility to organize and manage multiple assignments with meticulous attention to detail and meet deadlines\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\nMust have a positive attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a team player mentality, remain calm under pressure\nTrustworthy with highly confidential materials and information\nTravel will be required, must have reliable transportation with a clean motor vehicle driving record (minor violations may be considered) and be available to support neighboring stores in your region and at minimum of five days if required.
