Here’s where you come in.\nOur next full-time Manufacturing Technician will be a key player in production and will assist in the execution of processing and packaging activities in a cannabis production environment. They will support the maintenance of various packaging and manufacturing standards as well as coordinate the opening of the operation and closing of the department daily with the department manager.\nTo Be Blunt\nYou will be challenged to work tactically to ensure complete and on time execution of production schedules.\nOne minute you will be preparing for the day and ensuring area is ready to begin production.\nThe next minute you will be cross-training other packaging line operators.\nAnd the next minute assisting with inventory counts of packaging and labeling components, finished products.\nRegardless of the task, it’s critical you have strong situational awareness and EQ as you’ll work within a diverse team in the organization.\n Where you’ll be planted\nThis position will be on-site in our Waterfall, PA facility.\nWhy TerrAscend?\nJoin a growing, fast-paced organization where your work makes an impact. At TerrAscend, you'll have opportunities to grow your career, collaborate with talented teams, and help shape what's next as our business continues to evolve.\nTo be blunt, this role will be about:\nAdhere to the daily production schedule to ensure attainment of efficiency goals. \nVerify that all applicable working areas, tools, and processing equipment are maintained and in good working order prior to the start of each shift or batch. \nClean and sanitize glassware, transfer materials, storage vessels, tools and working surfaces. \nManufactures products in accordance processing batch records using manual and semi-automated equipment. \nMaintains and calibrates equipment as needed. \nKeep work area cleaned and well organized. \nInspect work area upon arrival and departure for proper safety and eGMP. \nAccurately completes batch records and associated documentation. \nTroubleshoots equipment and process problems. \nSupports process development. \nContribute to continuous improvement of TerrAscend processes. \nEnsure the safety of themselves and other by maintaining a safe and orderly workspace. \nOther duties in post-processing production, packaging, labeling and R & D as required. \nWhat we're high on...We value diverse skillsets, talents, and experiences.
