Our commitment to client satisfaction and transparency ensures a smooth, reliable experience at every step of the immigration process.\n\nAbout The Role\n\nAs a Quality Auditor (QA), you will listen to and review Sales and Ops calls, evaluate them against defined quality standards, and help our BDEs/RMs improve through clear feedback and coaching. This is a high-impact role that directly shapes how our clients experience TerraTern.\n\nWe currently have two positions open for our Sales & Operations Team\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nCall Quality Auditing: Review Sales and Ops calls against defined parameters to ensure conversations are accurate, compliant, and client-friendly.\nFeedback & Coaching: Share structured, constructive feedback with BDEs/RMs and support them one-on-one to improve call quality and conversion.\nEarly Issue Flagging: Identify critical gaps, risky conversations, or compliance concerns early -
