For more information, visit www.terrestrialbio.com.\nWhy this role\nThis is a direct, hands-on seat in cGMP manufacturing and product development of combination products - you’ll be the one operating the equipment and executing the batch records that turn our platform into product. You’ll work with real medical device components and assembly equipment, run the in-process testing that keeps production in spec, and see your work move straight into the pipeline. It’s a strong entry point into regulated biotech manufacturing, with room to grow as the operation scales. There are also opportunities in Research and Development, such as prototyping, test method development, design control, and conducting experiments to support design and development of next generation combination products.\nWhat you'll do\nPerform cGMP medical device operations according to documented procedures and batch records\n\nOperate device assembly and testing equipment - custom assembly fixtures, mechanical testers, laser displacement sensors and controllers, dimensional measurement equipment\n\nComplete batch records, logbooks, and test records following Good Documentation Practices\n\nRun in-process testing: visual inspection, physical and mechanical testing\n\nContribute to root cause analyses and product development investigations\n\nReview documentation for completeness and regulatory compliance\n\nSupport process and product development efforts as needed - design control, test method development, in vivo and ex vivo experiments, custom fixture design, and prototyping\n\nFollow all safety guidelines - PPE, chemical handling, emergency procedures\n\nWho you are\n2+ years of relevant experience in a regulated environment (chemical, biotech, medical device, or biopharmaceutical); clean room experience preferred\n\nHigh school diploma required; associate’s degree or trade certification preferred\n\nStrong lab technique - mechanical testing, weighing, visual inspection, dimensional measurement, computer-aided design, 3D printing, statistical analysis\n\nComfortable working in both laboratory and clean room environments\n\nStrong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and on a team\n\nAn entrepreneurial drive to make an impact on global human health\n\nCompensation: The anticipated hourly rate for this position is $25.00 - $30.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, and internal equity.\nOnsite expectations: The majority of our roles at Terrestrial are either onsite or hybrid, which allows us to meet both business and team needs.
