This position executes mission-critical facility operations, maintenance, HVAC, CRAH, BMS, fire suppression, fuel systems, subcontractor coordination, and emergency response; the Assistant Program Manager assumes Program Management responsibilities when the Program Manager is absent. This position is contingent upon contract award.\nWhat does a typical day look like for an Assistant Program Manager?\nYou will:\nExecute mission-critical tasks:Manage daily facility operations, general maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, work orders, and subcontractor activities.\nInspect, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC equipment, including heating and cooling systems, rooftop units, chillers, pumps, and associated mechanical components.\nPerform preventive maintenance on Computer Room Air Handlers (CRAH), including filters, coils, fans, condensate systems, and environmental controls.\nMonitor and maintain Building Management System (BMS) operations, review alarms, troubleshoot control issues, and coordinate specialized repairs.\nInspect and coordinate preventive maintenance, testing, and repairs of clean agent fire suppression systems and fuel systems, including storage tanks, pumps, piping, and controllers.\nCoordinate subcontractors, planned outages, and emergency response activities; maintain CMMS records, prepare maintenance reports, and ensure safety compliance and mission-critical infrastructure readiness.\n\nAssume the following Program Manager responsibilities in the Program Manager's absence:Oversee mission-critical facility operations, supervise onsite personnel, maintain 24/7 staffing coverage, and coordinate maintenance activities, subcontractors, and service providers.\nEnsure operational readiness, safety and quality compliance, and accurate maintenance reporting; resolve performance issues and serve as the primary Government point of contact.\n\nWhat qualifications do you look for?\nYou might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:\nAbility to complete a required background investigation.\nAuthorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.\nRelevant technical and supervisory experience supporting facility infrastructure operations and maintenance activities.\nQualifications to assume PM responsibilities.\nMinimum three (3) years of experience supporting mission-critical facilities, industrial facilities, data centers, commercial infrastructure, healthcare infrastructure, or equivalent operations.\nOSHA and NFPA 70E-compliant electrical safety training, where applicable.\nDocumented OEM-specific training, certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience for systems assigned.\nDemonstrated troubleshooting and operational response capability appropriate to assigned systems and responsibilities.\nFamiliarity with maintenance documentation, operational reporting, alarm response, and escalation procedures.\nWe will be extra impressed if you have:\nKnowledge and experience with TAC/Andover controllers and EcoStruxure software or equivalent platform.\nWhat kind of benefits does Terrestris Offer?\nWe offer outstanding benefits including health, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
