This project will provide project management, business, administrative, and records management support for the USCP’s Office of Information Services (OIS), primarily supporting the IRMD. This is a full-time position based in Washington, DC, supporting USCP onsite a minimum of two days per week, with up to three days of telework after an initial two-month full-onsite acclimation period. This position is contingent upon contract award.\nWhat does a typical day look like for a Business Analyst?\nYou will:\nSupport IT project delivery within a PMO by facilitating requirements gathering, managing backlogs, assisting in either Waterfall, Kanban or Agile ceremonies, and supporting general project coordination activities. The role works closely with stakeholders, developers, and project managers to document needs, refine user stories, track progress, and ensure consistent communication across teams.\nSupport requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement in tools such as JIRA and Teams Planner.\nAssist with sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.\nSupport UAT planning, documentation, and coordination activities as needed.\nMaintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.\nPrepare and update project materials including schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.\nCoordinate project meetings, capture meeting notes, and follow up on assigned actions.\nSupport milestone tracking, timeline updates, and dependency monitoring under PM direction.\nAssist with PMO governance activities, including risk and issue tracking, and routing documents for review/approval.\nProvide communication support by developing draft stakeholder updates and reporting inputs.\nPerform general PMO support when needed, such as data entry, project record maintenance, and logistics coordination.\nWhat qualifications do you look for?\nYou might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:\nAbility to successfully complete a USCP criminal history check and fingerprinting process and qualify for a USCP identification/access badge is required.\nAuthorization to permanently work in the United States without sponsorship.\nBachelor's Degree.\n5+ years of experience providing administrative, coordination, or project support services.\nFamiliarity with project management concepts, workflows, and tools; experience supporting IT projects preferred.\nAbility to organize information, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accurate project documentation.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.\nExperience using collaboration and workflow tools, including SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Planner, and Planner Premium.\nWe will be extra impressed if you have:\nBusiness Analysis or Agile certification (e.g., ECBA, CCBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM, CSPO).\nExperience working with Agile delivery tools such as JIRA and Confluence.\nAbility to perform basic data analysis and create process models or workflow diagrams.\nStrong communication, organization, and documentation skills with the ability to support technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nWhat kind of benefits does Terrestris Offer?\nWe offer outstanding benefits including health, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
