Rooted in the USMC values of honor, courage, and commitment, Terrestris seeks to deliver extraordinary value to the American people by helping the Government become more efficient and effective.\nWhat does a typical day look like for the Logistics and Operations Manager?\nYou will:\nOversee the planning, implementation, operation, and demobilization of multiple asset deployments at one time. Including staffing, scheduling, budgeting, reporting, and execution of maintenance and operational tasks.\nServe as the central command contact and maintain 24/7 operational readiness and provide emergency response support, including after-hours troubleshooting and monitoring mission-critical repairs when required.\nCommunicate with onsite staff to ensure that field locations meet all physical, technical, and environmental requirements.\nEvaluate upcoming deployment demands to accurately forecast and assign physical assets and qualified personnel across active sites.\nSchedule and dispatch field technicians, engineers, or installation crews to multiple contract sites simultaneously. \nEnsure compliance with contract requirements, performance standards, service level agreements, and mission objectives.\nDocument the completion of specific deployment phases to trigger contractual billing cycles and revenue recognition.\nMonitor multiple mission performances and provide immediate and regular feedback to stakeholders.\nWhat qualifications do you look for?\nYou might be the professional we’re looking for if you have:\nAuthorization to work in the United States permanently without sponsorship.\nA Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Facilities Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).\n3+ years of experience managing Base Camp Operations, Emergency or Rapid Deployment Operations, Logistics Support Areas (LSAs) or similar programs.\nOSHA 30-hour construction safety training (or equivalent)\nExperience with Safety compliance in Base Camp or LSA operations\nStrong knowledge of Base Camp / LSA support services, work control systems, service order management, and preventive maintenance programs\nAbility to manage quality and safety compliance in a performance-based contract environment\nProven leadership and team management experience.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nWhat kind of benefits does Terrestris Offer?\nWe offer outstanding benefits, including health, financial, and retirement benefits, as well as paid leave, professional development, tuition assistance, and work-life programs.
