The next, you may build a lightweight integration, help shape a live commercial opportunity, automate part of our technical-discovery process or prepare an app for a commerce marketplace.\nYou’ll work directly with teammates and customers across Latin America, Europe, Israel and the United States. You’ll have visibility into the full journey-from the first sales conversation through integration, launch and ongoing performance.\nIf you enjoy moving between technology, customers and commercial problems-and want the freedom to build rather than simply maintain-this role offers unusual room to make an impact.\nWHAT YOU’LL BUILD\nTerrific needs to connect with the platforms and tools merchants already use.\nYou’ll help us expand and improve integrations across:\nShopify\n\nVTEX\n\nAdobe Commerce/Magento\n\nWooCommerce\n\nSalesforce Commerce Cloud\n\nBigCommerce\n\nTiendanube/Nuvemshop\n\nWix\n\nPrestaShop\n\nShopware\n\nCustom and headless commerce environments\n\nNative mobile applications\n\nYou’ll also explore integrations with platforms such as Klaviyo, Attentive, Gorgias, Zendesk, Yotpo, Segment, Zapier, Google Merchant Center and Meta Commerce Manager.\nOver time, you’ll help Terrific build a stronger marketplace presence, a more repeatable onboarding process and a technical integration layer that can scale across customers and markets.\nWHAT YOU’LL OWN\nInvestigating merchant websites, applications and commerce stacks.\n\nUnderstanding how product catalogs, variants, carts and checkout flows work.\n\nAssessing technical feasibility for active commercial opportunities.\n\nTurning customer requirements into clear technical recommendations.\n\nBuilding, testing and improving integrations across major ecommerce platforms.\n\nHelping merchants move from signed agreement to their first live Terrific experience.\n\nWorking directly with customer engineers and internal commercial teams.\n\nSupporting technical discovery, proposals, security reviews and proofs of concept.\n\nImproving the reliability of product feeds, event tracking, cart actions and embeds.\n\nPublishing and maintaining Terrific apps across relevant commerce marketplaces.\n\nBuilding tools, scripts, automations and AI agents that make integration work faster.\n\nTurning repeated customer friction into clear Product and Engineering priorities.\n\nCreating the documentation and processes that will support future customers and teammates.\n\nYou won’t be expected to solve everything alone. You will be expected to take ownership, bring the right people together and move the problem forward.\nWHO YOU ARE\nYou’re technical, curious and commercially aware.\nYou want to understand why something matters to the customer-not only how it works in the code.\nYou’re comfortable opening DevTools, tracing an API request, reading someone else’s implementation and building a practical solution. You can move from a technical conversation with engineers to a commercial conversation with Sales or a customer without losing the thread.\nYou communicate clearly, ask good questions and know when to challenge an assumption.\nYou don’t need every process to be defined before you begin. You like taking something that is currently handled differently each time and turning it into a system the company can reuse.\nYou also understand that speed and judgment matter in a startup. Sometimes the right answer is a full integration.
