Ultimately, this role drives the development and implementation of HR policies that support a diverse and inclusive workforce while enhancing operational efficiency.\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management, preferably within the Hospitality and Food Services industry.\nStrong knowledge of employment law, labor laws, and affirmative action requirements applicable in the United States.\nProven experience in performance administration and employee relations.\nDemonstrated ability to develop and implement HR policies and disciplinary procedures.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nProfessional HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR.\nFamiliarity with HRIS systems, ADP preferred, and data analytics for workforce management.\nAdvanced training in conflict resolution and mediation.\nResponsibilities:\nDevelop, implement, and manage human resources policies and procedures in compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.\nManage employee relations by addressing workplace conflicts, conducting investigations, and facilitating resolutions.\nLead affirmative action initiatives to promote diversity and equal employment opportunities within the organization.\nCoordinate disciplinary procedures and performance management processes to maintain a productive work environment.\nCollaborate with department managers to support HR operations and workforce planning.\nEnsure accurate and timely HR recordkeeping and reporting.\nProvide training and guidance to staff and management on HR best practices and legal compliance.\nThis job description provides a general outline of the responsibilities and expectations associated with the role.
