Junior Audience Research Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Audience Research Specialist to join our growing team and develop their skills in a hands-on, entry-level role. In this role, you’ll help us understand audiences, identify the right people for different brands, and turn those insights into effective social media and advertising activities.

What we’re looking for

• Interest in understanding people, audiences, social media, and online behavior;
• Analytical and curious mindset, with an ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from information;
• Familiarity with social media platforms and Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite;
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

• Research and analyze target audiences, their interests, needs, and online behavior;
• Assist with audience targeting and Meta advertising campaigns;
• Support social media activities, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement;
• Monitor campaign and social media performance and use insights to suggest improvements.
