Later, this data is used to enhance one the most popular online maps in the world.\nThe Junior Project Manager (Operational Lead) will be responsible for managing a team of data collectors, their routes, schedules, expenses; support Project and Program Managers with all planning related tasks. Almost all our projects cover several countries and remote teams from around the globe.\nThe ideal candidate has coordination/management experience, great communication skills, is very responsible and organised.\nWe value leader style management rather than the boss style.\nResponsibilities\nDirect communication and management of your team\nClosely monitor performance & quality metrics & take corrective action as necessary\nManage across functions (quality, prod, etc) to meet program deliverables\nCost management & budget monitoring\nParticipate in team trainings\nRisk management on the team level\nQualifications\n1-2 years experience of coordination/management\nExcellent communication - both written & verbal\nMust speak good English\nMust speak fluent French\nProficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)\nBe flexible to support field operations;
