Check us out à https://terzoenterprises.com/\nWe are a logistics company that focuses on the repair, refurbishment, and re-manufacturing of pallets.\nWhy Terzo Enterprises?\nComprehensive benefit plan\nPositive environment, team-oriented\n6 paid holidays (after 90 days of employment)\nIndoor steady work, year-round!\nSummary:\nManages a variety of raw and finished goods inventories by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate Shipping & Receiving Clerks, Leads, and peer Supervisors.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nAnalyze and organize daily inventory reporting.\nMaximizes office productivity through proficient use of systems and appropriate software applications.\nReviews all inventory counts; reconciles any variances and troubleshoots the process and staff to ensure that information is accurate and updated.\nDirectly supervises the Shipping & Receiving Clerks and ensures that shipping and receiving activities are being properly communicated with carriers and our customers.\nPlays the leading role in troubleshooting and resolving inventory discrepancies and ensuring that transactional activity is accurately communicated both internally and with our customers.\nEnsures that the company and customer (internal and external) reporting requirements are met regarding shift and daily production/activity in the facility.\nFormulates procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.\nOversees and fills in as needed for Shipping and Receiving functions.\nEnsures that timely and accurate communications occur with our customers as needed.\nMulti-tasking to accomplish multiple objectives on required timelines.\nOther duties as assigned\nCompetency:\nProblem Solving - Identifying and resolving problems promptly; gathers and analyzes information skillfully; develops alternative solutions; works well in group problem-solving situations; uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics.\nCustomer Service - Responds promptly to customer needs; responds to requests for service and assistance; meets commitments.\nOral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; participates in meetings.\nWritten Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information.\nQualifications:\nEducation: High School diploma or GED.\nExperience: 2-4 years’ experience in a related position. Working knowledge of inventory control practices.\nMathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, percentages, and volume.\nComputer Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Exponent HR.\nCustomer Service Skills: Ability to meet customer needs.\nPhysical Demands:\nWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or hear. The employee is frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
