Visually inspects pallets and determines level of repair needed. \nEnsure that proper inspection and separation of pallets are met, while achieving company expectations. \nMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area. \nPerform other duties as assigned. \nEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: \nMust be able to follow inspecting process. \nMust be able to work at a steady, fast pace. \nBasic Math Skills required \nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: \nMust be able to lift and move 70-80 pounds repetitively \nAbility to stand and walk for extended periods of time (at least 2 hours straight, four times in an 8-hour day). \nAble to twist, stoop, squat, reach above shoulder level and crouch on a frequent basis. \nAble to use hands and feet simultaneously and perform repetitive movements. \nSpecific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision and depth perception. \nWORK ENVIRONMENT: \nThe work environment consists of occasional extreme temperature shifts ranging from very cold to very hot. Exposure to dust and loud noise (hearing protection is provided). Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moving forklifts.
