This shall include ensuring that the operation meets or exceeds all customer requirements regarding performance, quality, safety, and employee performance. Your duties will include facilitating the smooth running of all production lines, controlling the quality of output, and ensuring that customer requirements are met. You should possess a deep understanding of production procedures and the ability to direct personnel toward maximum performance.
