responsible for guiding the execution of the daily production plan and standards for safety, security, and productivity, in addition to adhering to the quality criteria.\nDuties Include:\nAlways comply with all safety procedures while performing job duties using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).\nTrain and guide operators on repairing pallets at a rate that meets company and safety standards.\nVisually inspects and audit pallets and determine rework needed.\nCommunicate with Shipping/Receiving regularly on needs and status.\nCommunicates with Shift Supervisor consistently for guidance and priorities.\nMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.\nPerform other duties as assigned.\nSkills\nMust be 18+ years old\nBasic tool knowledge is a plus\nFrequent lifting, pushing,
