Provides direction, development, and leadership to all facility employees either directly or indirectly through supervisors and lead personnel.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nResponsible for the financial management of the P&L for the facility.\nEffectively lead the workforce, instilling motivation and communicating effectively to\nachieve maximum results.\nReviews costs and product quality and modifies production and inventory control programs\nto maintain and enhance the profitable operation of the facility.\nEnsures compliance with product quality standards and safety regulations.\nActs as a local liaison with customer relationships, conferring with customers and\nrepresentatives.\nThe Site Manager must be skilled in root cause analysis and identify opportunities for\nimprovement in the plant and in the office management.\nSuggests solutions and encourage a culture of problem-solving in the plant.\nControl and minimize labor overtime and repair expenses.\nApply sound communication and motivational techniques in supervising, counseling, and\ndisciplining subordinates.\nImplement and document an appropriate performance evaluation for recommending\npromotions, wage increases, and terminations.\nMaintain existing plant facilities and equipment;
