In this key role, you will prepare high-quality group financial statements and elevate our consolidation processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to our exciting journey, transforming the Group Accounting Department into an IFRS Excellence Center for the entire tesa Group.\nYour Responsibilities\nSteer the preparation of quarterly and annual group financial statements in compliance with IFRS.\nOversee and perform consolidation activities and ensure accurate integration of financial data from all entities.\nLead the IFRS goodwill and asset impairment test process and align with all relevant parties.\nAct as the IFRS subject matter expert and trusted advisor across all group entities.\nEnsure compliance with IFRS and internal policies; drive continuous improvement of accounting standards and procedures.\nPromote efficiency through the use of IT tools and AI applications, identifying opportunities for automation and digital transformation.\nCoordinate internal and external audits, respond to inquiries, and implement recommendations.\nIdentify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting quality.\nDrive project and process management initiatives within the Group Accounting function.\nWhat you will need\nYour Profile\nDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification preferred.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in group accounting or auditing, ideally in an international environment.\nDeep knowledge of IFRS and consolidation techniques.\nProven experience in applying IT tools and AI technologies to improve finance processes, with strong skills in identifying automation opportunities and implementing practical digital solutions \nProficiency in ERP systems, financial software, and advanced Excel.\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills;
