What you will do
Das tesa HR Services Team ist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in allen administrativen Personalthemen und begleitet den Employee Lifecycle vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt.
Als Werkstudent:in im Bereich HR Services unterstützt du unser Team im Tagesgeschäft, begleitest Mitarbeitende in verschiedenen Personalprozessen und arbeitest an spannenden Projekten zur Optimierung unserer HR-Services mit. Dabei erhältst du umfassende Einblicke in die vielfältigen Aufgaben einer modernen Personalabteilung.
- Du wirkst im operativen Tagesgeschäft von HR Services mit und unterstützt bei administrativen Tätigkeiten, z.B. bei der Pflege von Personalakten
- Du bist die hauptverantwortliche Person für die Erfassung von Arbeitsunfähigkeiten im Zeitmanagement-System
- Mithilfe unseres Zeugnis-Tools, erstellst du eigenverantwortlich Arbeitszeugnisse für unsere Kollegen und Kolleginnen
- Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von personalrelevanten Dokumenten, wie z.B. Arbeitsverträgen, Versetzungsmitteilungen, Vertragsänderungen, Bescheinigungen etc.
- Du koordinierst das Onboarding unserer Werkstudierenden und Praktikant:innen und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Start im Unternehmen
- Du übernimmst eigenständig administrative Aufgaben und fungierst als Ansprechpartner:in für Werkstudierende und Praktikant:innen in organisatorischen Belangen
- Du arbeitest aktiv in kleineren HR-Projekten mit und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Optimierung und Digitalisierung unserer HR-Prozesse
- Du unterstützt das Team bei allgemeinen organisatorischen und administrativen Tätigkeiten und erhältst dabei vielfältige Einblicke in die Personalarbeit eines internationalen Unternehmens
What you will need
- Du bist eingeschriebene/r Student/in im Bereich Personalwesen, BWL oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Du hast erste praktische Erfahrungen im HR-Bereich, insbesondere im Bereich Fehlzeitenmanagement und Onboarding
- Du hast gute Kenntnisse in MS Office
- Du bist zuverlässig, engagiert und teamfähig
- Du hast eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- Du sprichst fließend Deutsch und sehr gut Englisch
- Du besitzt die Bereitschaft zur längerfristigen Tätigkeit (mind. 1 Jahr)
- Du bist bereit, regelmäßig am Standort in Norderstedt zu arbeiten
