To thrive in this role, you will need to:\nConfidently Interact with External Contractors: Coordinating repairs seamlessly.\nWork Collaboratively with the Team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service.\nSustain High Energy Levels: Juggling tasks while maintaining efficiency.\nAssist the Management Team: Keeping our stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities.\n Minimize Customer Disruption: Coordinating repairs with minimal impact on our valued customers.\nResponsibilities will include;\nEnsuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues.\nFollowing the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness.\nWorking closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge.\nGeneral day to day store and property maintenance.\nUsing mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.\nRepresenting the Tesco brand by demonstrating our core values (serving our customers, communities and planet a little better every day), maintaining a positive attitude & taking pride in wearing the Tesco uniform.\nAttending local and national meetings, providing valuable input and feedback.\nSupporting a diverse and inclusive culture.\nYou will need\nAs a vital part of our Maintenance team, you will demonstrate enthusiasm for maintaining high standards.
