You'll be the voice of support-whether by phone or email-answering questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth, helpful experience. Your contribution will help keep things running efficiently for both our colleagues and customers.
Please note that this is a fixed-term, part time position, until mid-February 2027.
This role involves afternoon shifts, with start times scheduled between 12:00 AM and 14:00 AM depending on operational requirements.

You will be responsible for
- Providing support to Tesco colleagues and customers in connection with ClubCard, Tesco Online and General Customer Service for Hungary
- Troubleshooting, delivering great service experience, resolving issues
- Taking ownership of the issue
- Escalating contacts efficiently
You will need
- Graduate/high school education
- Native or advanced Hungarian language
- Intermediate English
- Experience in Customer Service is an advantage
- Basic Computer Skills
- Experience in using MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
