If you're curious, innovative, and passionate about turning data into action, you'll thrive in our collaborative team environment while helping shape the future of our Claims operation.\nWhat you’ll be doing\nCreation, maintenance and the continuous improvement of our new predictive models within our claims department.\nYou’ll need to apply data science techniques to model customer behaviours to drive better decision making, a better customer journey, improved business outcomes and cost controls.\nAdherence to our governance framework to keep our data safe.\nWhat we’re looking for (minimum criteria)\nPrevious experience working with Microsoft Fabric (or Databricks) to create and maintain AI/ML models\nExperience working with large, complicated datasets.\nAn ability to manage own workload and re-prioritise when required.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication skills to share insights with technical and non-technical audiences.\nAnd if you have any of these, even better\nExperience within Financial Services, Banking, or a similarly regulated commercial environment is advantageous.\nWe welcome applications from everyone.
