You will lead DevOps initiatives across multi-cloud and hybrid environments, ensuring high availability, security, performance, and cost efficiency.\n\nResponsibilities: \nLead, mentor, and manage a team of 2-3 DevOps engineers (Infrastructure and Application DevOps).\nEnforce DevOps best practices, automation-first culture, and operational excellence.\nConduct code reviews, enable knowledge sharing, and improve DevOps workflows.\nOwn end-to-end infrastructure across Microsoft Azure (primary), Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and hybrid/on-prem environments.\nArchitect and manage scalable, resilient, and highly available systems.\nDeep expertise in Azure services, including AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, networking, storage, IAM, and monitoring.\nDesign and operate containerised workloads using Docker and Kubernetes.\nBuild, maintain, and optimise CI/CD pipelines using Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.\nImplement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform with modular, reusable components.\nOwn the uptime, reliability, performance, and scalability of production systems.\nImplement observability and monitoring using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, or New Relic.\nLead incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and preventive action planning.\nPerform capacity planning and infrastructure right-sizing.\nContinuously analyse and optimise cloud spend across Azure, AWS, and GCP.\nPrepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly cost reports to leadership and clients.\nCreate forecasts, budgets, and cost projections.\nApply FinOps principles and recommend cost-efficient architectural improvements.\nImplement cloud security best practices and automated policy enforcement.\nEnsure least-privilege access, secure CI/CD pipelines, and compliance readiness.\nCollaborate with security teams on audits, vulnerability management, and hardening.\nAct as the primary technical point of contact for clients.\nPresent architecture designs, production metrics, performance updates, and cost insights.\nTranslate complex technical concepts into clear, business-friendly communication.\n\nRequirements: \n8-10 years of DevOps experience, including 2+ years in a lead role.\nStrong hands-on expertise in: Azure, AKS, Azure DevOps, Azure Pipelines, Docker and Kubernetes, Terraform (Infrastructure as Code).\nCI/CD pipeline design and automation.\nWorking knowledge of AWS and GCP.\nExperience managing on-premise or hybrid infrastructure.\nStrong understanding of networking (VPC/VNet, routing, load balancers), monitoring, HA, DR, and scaling strategies.\nProven automation-first approach to infrastructure and operations.\nExperience eliminating manual processes using scripts, pipelines, and IaC.\nProficiency in scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell.\nExperience managing high-traffic, highly available production systems.\nStrong troubleshooting, incident management, and performance optimisation skills.\nExpertise in capacity planning and cost optimisation.\nExcellent written and verbal communication in English.\nConfident client-facing presence.\nStrong leadership, ownership, and mentoring abilities.\nGitOps (ArgoCD, FluxCD).\nService Mesh (Istio, Linkerd).\nServerless architectures (Azure Functions, AWS
