Click Here to find out more!\n Annual bonus scheme of up to 10% of base salary.\n Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays).\n 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (12 months service required at the qualifying date) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, we also offer 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave.\n Free 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing.\n The above information is a shortened summary, refer to our policies for full details \nYou will be responsible for\nManage the tracking and movement of product samples for ecommerce photography, ensuring samples are received in line with critical path deadlines.\nMaintain accurate sample trackers, providing regular updates on sample readiness and escalating risks that could impact photography schedules or product launches.\nCoordinate sample deliveries to and from photography studios, resolving any issues that arise and supporting on site sample management where required.\nSupport the successful delivery of key events, trends and seasonal campaigns through effective sample tracking and coordination.\nLiaise with suppliers to ensure timely sample availability, proactively managing risks and supporting delivery against photography and launch critical paths.\nSupport the successful launch of F&F products online, assisting with launch readiness, product enrichment and wider operational tasks where required.\nWork closely with buying, merchandising, marketing, studio and supplier teams.\nAssist with website checks to ensure a high standard of product presentation online.\nAssist with ad hoc administrative tasks across the Online Operations team.\nYou will need\nStrong interest in clothing products, fashion trends and delivering a great online customer experience.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities, activities and deadlines within a fast paced environment.\nExcellent organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, with strong attention to detail.\nConfident using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to manage data and track progress.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across teams and suppliers.\nComfortable working with data, systems and online product information to support product launches and operational activity.\nAbility to identify issues, manage risks and coordinate actions through to resolution.\nStrong written communication skills and a proactive, solution focused approach.\nExperience within ecommerce, marketing, buying, merchandising or product coordination would be advantageous.\nExperience of sample management, product lifecycle processes or critical path management would be beneficial.\nAbout us\nYou might know us as a supermarket, technology company or even for our award-winning mobile network.
