Exposure to APIs, Backend Apps.\n\nData Analysis:\nAbility to interpret patterns, anomalies and opportunities from complex sets of data.\n\nUnderstanding of AI concepts\nKnowledge of LLMs, agentic AI\n\nExperience scaling AI-driven products\n\nPreferred Background:\nMin 2 years of Product management experience.\n\nTechnical education: degrees in computer science, engineering or equivalent experience\n\nHaving proven success in working on unstructured problems, defining hypothesis, creating MVPs, running experiments and analysing results to drive data-driven decisions.\n\nUnderstanding how observability impacts business like availability/reliability, customer\n\nSatisfaction and business impact.\n\nPrior experience in observability\n\nproven track record in building and managing observability systems.\n\nPrioritisation and decision-making skills demonstrating how these have taken into account business priorities, complexity, dependencies and value.\n\nAbout us\nYou might know us as a supermarket, technology company or even for our award-winning mobile network.
