Database Design and Development:\n· Collaborate with developers to design and implement databaseschemas.\n· Optimize database design for performance and scalability.\n· Develop and maintain databasedocumentation and standards.\n4. Database Administration:\n· Create and maintain databaseusers and roles, managing accesspermissions.\n· Perform database upgrades and patches, ensuringsystem compatibility and stability.\n· Configure and maintain databasereplication and clustering for high availability.\n5. Performance Tuningand Optimization:\n· Analyze and optimize databasequeries and indexesfor improved performance.\n· Monitor database performance metricsand implement tuningstrategies as needed.\n· Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and resource contention issues.\n\nQualification \n· Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.\n· In-depth knowledge of database management systems (e.g.,SQL Server, Oracle…etc)\n· Strong understanding of data security principles and best practices.\n· Effective communication and collaboration abilities.\n· Hands-on experience driving improvements in product performance via changes in databaseschema, logical and physical data organization (partitioning), tuning and configuration.\n· Experience implementing/maintaining database failover mechanism (clustering, mirroring, Availability Group) and perform disaster recovery exercises for mission-critical databases.\n· Experience with maintaining and optimizing MongoDB is a plus.\n· Strong skills in SSRS report development and SSIS/ETL.\n· Relevant certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional, Microsoft Certified: Azure Database
