Responsibilities\nPerform preventive maintenance (PM) and corrective maintenance (CM) for IT and security system infrastructure.\nSupport the operation and maintenance of CCTV and video management systems, including surveillance servers, network devices, and security appliances.\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents related to servers, workstations, network infrastructure, and cybersecurity solutions.\nMonitor system health, investigate faults, and implement corrective actions to maintain system availability.\nParticipate in standby duty and after-office-hours support according to a weekly roster.\nWork independently during fault investigations and recovery activities while collaborating effectively with team members and stakeholders.\nSupport system upgrades, patch management, cybersecurity compliance activities, and maintenance exercises.\nMaintain proper documentation, maintenance records, and technical reports.\nTechnical Competencies\nHands-on experience in preventive and corrective maintenance of: \nNetwork switches and routers\nWindows Server environments\nRed Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) servers\nWorkstations and endpoint devices\nFamiliarity with CCTV systems, video management systems (VMS), video analytics, and surveillance network architectures.\nExperience with Milestone Video Management System (VMS) is preferred.\nExperience supporting large-scale CCTV or surveillance systems will be an added advantage.\n\nExperience with cybersecurity and monitoring solutions, including: \nTenable Vulnerability Assessment (VA) platform\nData Access Management (DAM) solutions\nSecurity Information and Event Management (SIEM) platforms\nTrellix security products\nData Loss Prevention (DLP) solutions\nBackup and recovery solutions\n\nKnowledge of network troubleshooting, system administration, and cybersecurity best practices.\nFamiliarity with Milestone Video Management System (VMS) or similar CCTV management platforms is preferred.\nExperience supporting large-scale CCTV or surveillance systems will be an added advantage.\nExperience in cameras firmware updates\nQualifications and Experience\nDiploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.\nMinimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, system administration, network support, or security operations.\nExperience in CCTV, surveillance systems, or physical security systems will be an added advantage.\nRelevant certifications such as RHCSA, RHCE, CCNA, Security+, CEH, or
