This role ensures timely delivery of milestones, smooth planning of migration activities, maintenance of project artefacts, and readiness for UAT and Go‑Live. \nKey Responsibilities\n Responsibilities\nAssist the Technology Delivery Managers in tracking the below project activities: \n· Coordinate workshops, technical meetings, and IDT/UAT preparation sessions. \n· Support preparation of checklists and readiness documents. \n· Assist in coordinate with internal teams (Infra, App, Security, Ops, PMO) to ensure alignment on deliverables. \n· Track action items and follow up with owners to ensure timely closure. \n· Prepare and maintain project artefacts: minutes, RAID logs, status reports, dashboards, and sign‑off documents. \n· Support audit and compliance documentation. \n· Consolidate weekly/monthly progress reports for management and steering committees. \nTechnical & Functional Skills \nExperience supporting projects involving application migration, platform upgrades, or OS transitions is preferred. \nKnowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management methodologies is preferred. \nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in computer science / engineering or its equivalent\n2–5 years of experience in IT project coordination, PMO support, or technical delivery roles. \nExperience coordinating cross‑functional teams in infrastructure or application projects. \nExposure to UAT/IDT coordination and large enterprise‑level migration projects is an advantage.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. \nHighly organised, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \nAble to work independently in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. \nStrong problem‑solving and follow‑up discipline.
