Key Responsibilities 1. System Development and Project Delivery · Provide technical leadership for the successful implementation of large-scale or mission-critical systems from conception through delivery and operational handover. · Contribute to software work planning, estimation, task allocation, dependency management and technical risk management; track engineering progress and escalate delivery concerns early. · Coordinate software activities across internal teams, subcontractors, product vendors and customer stakeholders to achieve agreed scope, quality and schedule objectives. · Lead or support system integration, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), production deployment, commissioning and go-live activities, including on-site troubleshooting where required. · Ensure implementation evidence, technical documentation, configuration records and operational handover materials are complete and fit for purpose. 2.
