systems.\n\nDevelop and maintain APIs and microservices that facilitate communication between AI agents and other system components.\n\nLead technical discussions, estimate and plan key milestone deliverables with peers and stakeholders.\n\nDrive continuous testing, research, and evaluation of user feedback and metrics to improve our products.\n\nPlay an active part in shaping the product, based on what's technically possible.\n\nRequirements\n\n3-5+ years of experience building backend systems using languages such as Python, Go or .NET.\n\nExperience with modern backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Gin or ASP.NET).\n\nStrong understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.\n\nSolid knowledge of CI/CD, design patterns, and clean code practices.\n\nProven track record of building highly scalable, secure, and reliable systems from the ground up.\n\nExpertise with SQL and databases, Docker, Kubernetes, messaging queues, key-value stores, logging, and
