We have a seat ready for you!\n\nIn this role, you’ll:\n\nDesign, develop, and maintain back-end services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and TypeScript.\n\nBuild and optimize API endpoints for client-facing products.\n\nWork with PostgreSQL databases and Prisma ORM – schema design, query optimization, migrations.\n\nDevelop and maintain integrations with third-party services (payment systems, email services, CRM).\n\nDevelop and support front-end features using React.js and Next.js.\n\nLeverage AI tools and contribute to integrating AI-powered features into products.\n\nCollaborate with Product Managers and Design team to plan and refine requirements for new features.\n\nTake ownership of delivering features through all development phases, including code review, QA, and production.\n\nMonitor alert systems and respond proactively to errors or incidents.\n\nProactively research and introduce new tools, technologies, and solutions to enhance our tech stack.\n\nShare knowledge, insights, and best practices with fellow team members to foster a collaborative environment.\n\nParticipate in creating well-thought-out technical plans for feature implementation.\n\nRequirements\n\n2+ years of professional full stack development experience.\n\nProficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.\n\nExperience with Node.js for back-end development.\n\nExperience with React.js and Next.js for front-end development.\n\nExperience designing and building RESTful APIs.\n\nComfortable using AI tools (LLMs, code assistants) in daily workflows.\n\nCan-do attitude and proactive problem-solving approach. Eagerness to constantly learn new things.\n\nAbility to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\n\nProficiency in Lithuanian and English languages.\n\nNice to have\n\nExperience with Kubernetes or Docker.\n\nExperience with third-party API integrations (Stripe, Sendgrid, SalesForce).\n\nExperience with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E).\n\nExperience integrating AI/LLM-powered features into products.\n\nExperience with message queues or event-driven architectures.\n\nFamiliarity with modern logging, tracing, and observability
