The culture matches the product: decisions move at the speed of the idea, and people are trusted to test, iterate, and fix what's closest to them.\n\nIn this role, you will:\n\nTake ownership of maintaining and enhancing the existing ReactJS codebase to ensure stability, performance, and scalability.\n\nDevelop modern business solutions and new features by writing reusable, efficient, and well-tested code.\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the frontend, optimizing current functionality for peak performance.\n\nWork closely with Backend developers, Product Owners, Designers, and QA teams to seamlessly integrate features and deliver high-quality products.\n\nApply and promote best engineering practices, including code quality standards, unit testing, and design library utilization.\n\nContribute to shaping the overall user experience and interface design for our products.\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience developing in TypeScript and React, alongside familiarity with modern state management tools (Redux, Zustand, Jotai) and frontend toolsets (Vite, Babel, Webpack).\n\nHands-on experience with unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and collaborating on UI/UX using design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).\n\nA passion for writing clean, tested, and maintainable code that consistently delivers business value.\n\nAn accountable, collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing speed of delivery with high code quality.\n\nAn assertive and tactful communication style -
