procurement cycle-gather internal requirements, draft and process purchase orders, track supplier deliveries, and verify incoming assets.\n\nFacilitate the timely and cost-effective acquisition of IT infrastructure assets, including servers, network equipment, IP resources (IPv4 / IPv6), and related services.\n\nMaintain relationships with international hardware vendors and service providers, assist with basic terms negotiation, and keep contract documentation up to date.\n\nHelp track hardware lifecycle, server allocations, and network resource utilization across data centers.\n\nPartner with internal tech, DevOps, and finance teams to forecast needs, resolve delivery bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operational workflows.\n\nRequirements\n\nIT Infrastructure Understanding: Foundational knowledge of core IT hardware and network components (servers, networking gear, IP addresses, monitoring tools).\n\nAbility to understand technical specifications, assess hardware/software requirements, and ask the right technical questions.\n\nComfortable working with numbers, evaluating supplier proposals, and finding cost-efficient options.\n\nHigh attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and the ability to track multiple orders simultaneously.\n\nProactive self-starter attitude, eagerness to learn, adaptability, and high personal accountability.\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in English.\n\nNice to have\n\nPrevious experience or internship in IT procurement, asset management, vendor coordination, tech sales, or IT logistics.\n\nBasic
