Requirements:
- 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally with modern web or backend technologies.
- 1-3 years in a leadership or management role.
- Startup mindset - comfortable with ambiguity, fast iterations, and owning problems end-to-end.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an agile environment.
- Bonus: prior experience in hiring, scaling teams, or building 01 products.
