This role is a hands-on individual contributor position with high ownership and visibility, responsible for shaping product strategy and execution across key product areas.This role sits at the intersection of product management, data science, engineering, and customer outcomes, and is responsible for turning AI capabilities-LLMs, ML models, knowledge systems, and agentic workflows-into scalable, reliable, and valuable products.\nYou will own AI-driven features end-to-end: from problem discovery and model-informed product strategy to execution, iteration, and measurable business impact. You will work closely with Engineering, Delivery, Sales, and GTM teams to define, prioritize, and deliver AI-driven enterprise products that solve real customer problems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nConduct market and customer analysis to identify pain points and unmet needs\n\nDefine product strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for assigned product areas\n\nIdentify high-value AI use cases and prioritize them based on ROI, feasibility, risk, and time-to-value\n\nWork closely with customers, sales, and solutions teams to understand real-world workflows and pain points\n\nBuild clear, prioritized product requirements and translate them into an actionable engineering backlog\n\nPartner closely with Engineering in an agile development environment to deliver high-quality features quickly\n\nProvide ongoing feedback and clarification to engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Marketing, and GTM teams to support product positioning, storytelling, and launches\n\nWork directly with customer teams during implementations to ensure successful product adoption\n\nAct as a product leader-clearly articulating customer needs, tradeoffs, and priorities while driving execution\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\nMust-Have Qualifications\nExperience building and scaling B2B products\n\nStrong background in ERP or enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, ServiceNow)\n\nAI-first product mindset with experience building or launching AI-driven products\n\nComfortable build high-fidelity requirements with conceptual prototypes with tools like Cursor, Replit or Loveable\n\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\n\nStrong analytical skills with a bias toward measurable outcomes and experimentation\n\nProven ability to think strategically, prioritize effectively, and exercise strong judgment\n\nDeep understanding of agile product development methodologies\n\nStrong collaboration skills across engineering, GTM, and customer-facing teams\n\nEngineering-aware (comfortable discussing platforms, architectures, and tradeoffs without being hands-on coding)\n\nNice-to-Have / Domain Specializations\nExperience in one or more of the following product areas:\nWorkflow engines\n\nData harmonization across multiple enterprise platforms\n\nIndustry-specific enterprise solutions\n\nCode remediation or platform modernization\n\nStrong product storytelling and go-to-market experience\n\nUX sensibility and ability to visualize AI-driven user experiences\n\nWhy Tessera Labs\nBuild AI products that solve complex, real-world enterprise problems\n\nWork at the intersection of AI, ERP systems, and automation\n\nHigh ownership, high impact, and direct influence on product direction\n\nCollaborate with a deeply technical and customer-focused team\n\nNo third party may recruit, solicit candidates, publish job opportunities, use Tessera Labs’ name or branding, or represent that they are acting on behalf of Tessera Labs without prior written authorization.
