skills.\n\nSkills\n\nEducation: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.\n\nExperience:\n\nProven experience in IT Infrastructure, System Administration, IT Operations, Patch Management, or Vulnerability Management.\n\nExperience coordinating technical teams, stakeholders, or cross-functional activities.\n\nPrevious experience in a regulated industry such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, or similar environments is considered a strong asset.\n\nTechnical skills:\n\nPatch Management\n\nVulnerability Management\n\nWindows Server, Linux, and/or Unix environments\n\nVirtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent)\n\nPatching and vulnerability management tools such as BigFix, SCCM, WSUS, Qualys, Tenable, Rapid7, or similar\n\nServiceNow or other ITSM platforms\n\nChange Management and ITIL processes\n\nCompliance reporting and KPI monitoring\n\nGood understanding of servers, networks, Storage, backup, and infrastructure operations\n\nLanguages:\n\nFluent English is mandatory\n\nFrench is considered an asset\n\nSoft skills:\n\nStrong coordination and communication skills\n\nExcellent organizational
