About the role - As a Java Developer (AWS) you will join a fast-growing engineering team building cloud-native microservices. You will contribute to the full development lifecycle, from design through production support, in an on-site environment. Key responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain Java Spring Boot microservices deployed on AWS. Implement RESTful APIs and integrate them with relational databases using SQL. Containerize applications with Docker and orchestrate deployments on Kubernetes. Write unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and daily stand-ups to align with Agile processes. Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and apply fixes promptly. Document technical decisions, APIs, and deployment procedures for team knowledge sharing. Required qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 1 year or less of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
