More experienced candidates may\nbe considered at the applicable grade rate.\nGrade experience\nis indicative, rather than a separate minimum-years pass/fail threshold.\nClient Overview\nAn Irish central government organisation is\noperationalising NIS2-aligned cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance\nfollowing a gap analysis. Its existing eRamba GRC platform requires\nconfiguration, integration and embedding; platform selection is outside scope.\nRole Overview\nConfigure, optimise, integrate and embed\nthe existing eRamba platform. Lead technical workflows, risk and control\nrecords, evidence management, dashboards, documentation and administrator\ntraining under Senior Consultant oversight.\nMandatory Requirements and Experience\nCandidates must meet the following\nrole-specific sourcing requirements. These support the team’s overall\ncapability and are not a statement that every item is an individual tender\npass/fail test.\n·Hands-on eRamba configuration,\nadministration and integration on an existing deployment. This is our sourcing\nrequirement; prior eRamba experience is not expressly mandated by the tender.\n·GRC platform implementation and\noptimisation, including workflows, controls, testing and evidence.\n·Integration with enterprise\nsecurity tooling relevant to vulnerability, identity, service management and\nincident monitoring.\n·Practical NIS2 / ISO/IEC 27001\n/ NIST CSF application and public-sector or regulated-environment delivery.\nAvailability\nConfirm earliest start, available days,\nplanned absences and ability to attend Dublin as agreed. Named personnel must\nremain available for the agreed term. Actual workload is unconfirmed;\nengagement is subject to contract award and client approval.\nQualifications\nNo specific degree or certification is\nmandatory. Relevant qualifications and training are desirable. ISO 27001\ntraining, CompTIA Security+, ITIL Foundation or GRC platform training; IMCA\nAssociate-level or similar accreditation is desirable.\nEnglish Language Proficiency\nFluent spoken and written English for\nworkshops, stakeholder communication, reporting, documentation and training.\nThis is a recruitment expectation; no specific language test or score is\nprescribed.\nKey Deliverables\n·Configured governance, risk and\nincident workflows; central risk register, scoring, treatment tracking and\ndashboards.\n·Control libraries, NIS2\ncompliance mappings, control-testing cycles and traceable evidence\nrepositories.\n·Role-based access controls,\nworkflow approvals, risk categories and compliance reports.\n·Documented integrations with\nrelevant security and ICT systems, where technically feasible.\n·User, administrator and\nconfiguration documentation supporting future maintenance and enhancement.\n·Administrator training,\nknowledge transfer and operational handover enabling independent client\noperation.\n·Technical input to testing,\nquality assurance, audit evidence, delivery planning and issue resolution.\nKey Experience Competencies and Skillsets\neRamba configuration; workflow and\ndashboard design; APIs, connectors or scripting; data mapping; troubleshooting\nand testing; technical documentation and administrator training.\nEngagement and Working Arrangements\nWorking days and full-time/part-time\ncommitment are to be confirmed. The 100 notional days per grade are for\nevaluation only and do not establish actual days or a two-day-per-week\nschedule. Extension workloads are also unconfirmed. One working day is 7.5\nhours; part days are pro rata. Travel beyond the home base requires prior\napproval.
