The Program Manager provides leadership across cybersecurity operations, risk management, compliance initiatives, vulnerability management, security engineering, and continuous monitoring efforts while ensuring contract performance, schedule, quality, and budget objectives are met.\nResponsibilities\nServe as the primary point of contact for government stakeholders and contracting officers.\nManage cybersecurity programs supporting federal civilian, DoD, or Intelligence Community customers.\nLead multidisciplinary teams consisting of ISSOs, ISSMs, Security Engineers, RMF Analysts, SOC Analysts, and Cybersecurity Specialists.\nOversee contract execution, staffing, financial performance, deliverables, and customer satisfaction.\nEnsure compliance with federal cybersecurity requirements, including:FISMA\nNIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)\nNIST 800-53\nFedRAMP\nDHS CDM\nDoD Cybersecurity Policies (when applicable)\n\nDirect Authorization to Operate (ATO) activities and continuous monitoring efforts.\nManage vulnerability assessment and remediation programs utilizing tools such as Tenable/Nessus, ACAS, Qualys, Rapid7, and Splunk.\nOversee cybersecurity audits, inspections, and assessments.\nDevelop and maintain program management plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.\nMonitor program risks and implement mitigation strategies.\nSupport proposal development, staffing plans, transition activities, and business growth initiatives.\nFacilitate executive briefings and provide strategic recommendations to government leadership.\nEnsure Service Level Agreements (SLAs), contract deliverables, and performance metrics are achieved.\nRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.\n10+ years of progressive experience managing federal cybersecurity programs and contracts.\nExperience managing teams supporting federal agencies, DoD, or Intelligence Community organizations.\nDemonstrated experience overseeing:RMF implementation\nATO packages\nContinuous Monitoring Programs\nVulnerability Management\nSecurity Compliance Assessments\nIncident Response Activities\n\nStrong knowledge of:NIST 800-53\nNIST 800-37\nFISMA\nFedRAMP\nDHS and DoD cybersecurity requirements\n\nExperience managing contract budgets, staffing, subcontractors, and customer relationships.\nExcellent leadership, communication, and executive briefing skills.\nActive Secret clearance or higher.\nPreferred QualificationsPMP Certification.\nCISSP, CISM, CAP, GSLC, or equivalent cybersecurity certification.\nExperience supporting DHS, CISA, CBP, FEMA, VA, HHS, Treasury, DOJ, or DoD customers.\nExperience leading Security Operations Centers (SOC) or enterprise cybersecurity programs.\nKnowledge of cloud security architectures within AWS, Azure, and GovCloud environments.\nSecret, Top Secret or TS/SCI clearance.\nDesired SkillsFederal Contract Program Management\nCybersecurity Operations\nRisk Management Framework (RMF)\nSecurity Compliance & Governance\nVulnerability Management\nSecurity Engineering\nCloud Security\nContinuous Monitoring\nBudget & Resource Management\nExecutive Stakeholder Engagement\nStrategic Planning\nTeam Leadership & Mentoring\nThe Cybersecurity Program Manager may oversee teams supporting:Security Operations Centers (SOC)\nContinuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) Programs\nEnterprise Cybersecurity Services\nFISMA Compliance Programs\nCloud Security Initiatives\nZero Trust Implementations\nVulnerability Management Programs\nSecurity Engineering and Architecture Projects\nTypical Federal Customers: DHS, DoD, VA, HHS, Treasury, and other civilian federal agencies.\nSalary Range: $160,000 - $230,000+ This range represents a good-faith estimate and is not a guarantee;
