You will work closely with the COO, Global Function Leaders, Commercial teams, and other senior stakeholders to ensure Manila delivers against Testronic's global strategy while meeting local business and customer needs.\nDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nGlobal & Site Operations:\nLead the overall performance and development of the Manila site in line with Testronic's global strategy. \nLead the Manila site reset, focusing on operational excellence, efficiency, cost management, and employee engagement. \nEnsure the right people, space, hardware, IT, and operational capacity are available to support current and future business demand. \nBalance productivity, utilisation, capacity, and cost efficiency. \nCollaborate with global and local leaders to ensure effective cross-functional delivery. \nOrganisational Leadership:\nEstablish and maintain an effective Manila leadership and operating structure. \nOptimise the Manila test floor operating model while supporting the development of Testronic's wider global operating model. \nDrive operational consistency and performance in line with global standards. \nDevelop and coach the local leadership team and support talent development and succession planning. \nPromote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance. \nCommercial & Customer Partnership:\nPartner with Commercial and Solutions teams to support new business, pilots, revenue growth, and customer delivery. \nEnsure Manila has the operational capability and capacity to support new business opportunities. \nLead local teams in delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. \nSupport strategic customer relationships and local customer escalations when required. \nFinancial & Business Performance:\nOwn the Manila country P&L and deliver performance against agreed budgets and targets. \nManage local operating costs and CAPEX effectively. \nMonitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, utilisation, and profitability. \nEnsure costs remain aligned with business requirements and revenue. \nUse operational and financial data to identify risks and opportunities and support informed decision-making. \nPeople & Culture:\nProvide effective leadership and line management to senior local teams. \nSupport the implementation of Testronic's Global Competency Model and performance frameworks. \nDrive employee engagement, development, and retention. \nWork with the CEO, CPTO, and People teams to deliver consistent employee communications and initiatives at site level. \nLead by example and promote Testronic's values and culture across the Manila organisation. \nRisk Management & Business Continuity:\nLead local risk management, governance, and compliance in partnership with relevant global functions. \nEnsure compliance with local legislation and Testronic policies. \nMaintain effective Business Continuity and operational resilience plans. \nEnsure Manila is prepared to respond to operational disruption, technology outages, workforce risks, and other business continuity challenges. \nSupport regular risk assessments, continuity testing, and contingency planning. \nGlobal Collaboration & Reporting:\nWork closely with the COO and Global Operations leadership on reporting, processes, and operating model development. \nProvide accurate operational and business information to support global decision-making. \nShare Manila insights and best practices to support continuous improvement across Testronic. \nCollaborate across functions and countries to deliver the company's strategy and business plan. \nRequirements\nDeep expertise in Gaming QA with proven ability to lead and coach this at scale. \nDeep experience in building, developing, and scaling large QA teams \nSignificant senior leadership experience in a large-scale, operational environment. \nProven experience leading a country, site, business unit, or large operational function. \nStrong commercial and financial understanding, including P&L, budgeting, and cost management. \nExperience leading organisational change, transformation, or operational improvement. \nExperience managing large, diverse, and multi-disciplinary teams. \nStrong understanding of workforce planning, capacity management, productivity, and cost optimisation. \nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills. \nStrong customer and commercial mindset. \nAbility to operate effectively within a global, matrix organisation. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. \nA collaborative,
