It's a broad role: you'll keep HR administration and payroll accurate and compliant, turn HR data into reports managers actually use, help shape pay and benefits, and find ways to make HR simpler for everyone. If you enjoy owning the details and also want a say in how things could work better, you'll fit right in.\nHR administration and payroll\nMake sure our HR processes follow labor law, employment regulations and internal policy, and help update policies as the law changes.\nCollect and check payroll data so people are paid accurately and on time, in line with working time rules, and resolve any discrepancies in payroll, benefits or settlements.\nLook after personnel records and employment documents, and spot employment risks early.\nBe the go-to person for employees and managers on HR policies and everyday questions, giving the kind of service that builds trust in HR.\nHR data and reporting\nTrack key HR KPIs such as turnover, absenteeism, retention, labor costs, recruitment effectiveness and engagement.\nBuild HR reports and analytics that support business decisions, with consistent metric definitions.\nBring together data from the HRIS, payroll, performance management, employee surveys and other sources.\nCompensation and benefits\nPrepare recommendations on salaries, pay reviews and incentive programs, and design bonus schemes linked to performance, client satisfaction and retention.\nReview and develop our benefits programs, and explain pay and benefits policies clearly to employees.\nImproving how HR works\nFind processes that could be simpler or automated, and support new HR systems, reporting tools and digital projects.\nWork closely with Finance, Legal, IT and managers across the business on HR, payroll and people analytics projects.\nRequirements\nAt least 5 years of experience in HR operations and payroll.\nStrong knowledge of labor law and HR administration.\nExperience in compensation and benefits, including salary benchmarking.\nGood analytical skills and hands-on experience with HR reporting and data analysis.\nExperience implementing or improving HR systems.\nStrong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools (Power BI is a strong advantage).\nA track record of making processes work better.\nClear communication and the confidence to partner with managers.\nEnglish at B2/C1 level or higher.\nBenefits\nA varied role in an international games company, with real room to improve how HR runs.\nPrivate medical care and a Multisport card.\nA multicultural workplace where you'll support colleagues of many nationalities.\nAn office with free fruit and drinks, arcade machines, consoles and board games.\nHow we hire\nA conversation with our recruiter \nAn interview with your future manager and a colleague from the team.\nA final conversation with our HR Director for shortlisted candidates.\nApply with your CV in English.\nTestronic collects and processes personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
