The services include but not limited to IT consulting, Digital\nTransformation, custom software development, web application development, web\nAPI development, Artificial Intelligence, providing ongoing support &\nmaintenance for bespoke applications, database development & support, and\nContent Management System (CMS) development & support. The IT functions of the\nclient also provide a range of core business applications to support business\nactivities.\nThe Client is\nprogressing the enhancement and modernisation of several bespoke digital\nsystems. These initiatives may include the development and support of custom\napplications across areas such as the administration of horse racing, finance\noperations, integrity and compliance services, Raceday and event management,\ndata warehousing and analytics, CRM extensions, SharePoint solutions,\ncloud-based services, eCommerce, web platforms, content management, and other\nspecialised systems.\nRole Overview\nAligns\nsolutions and platforms with enterprise strategy, standards and roadmaps;\ngoverns portfolio-level decisions and ensures cross-programme coherence.\nMandatory\nRequirements (Pass / Fail):Candidates MUSTmeet ALLof the\nfollowing:\nExperience\n·It is a mandatory requirement, that the resources\nproposed have senior level experience, with a minimum of relevant 7 years'\nexperience. \nEnglish Language Proficiency\n(MANDATORY):\n·Native English speaker OR\n·CEFR C2 Proficiency/Mastery (or equivalent)\n·If there is no certificate, fluency will be assessed at\npresentation stage\n\nKey Deliverables:\n·Application\nand Database Migration & Modernisation Services\noClient is looking\nfor an IT development partner to provide services to assist the client IT team\nto modernise our applications and databases to align with cloud computing\ncapabilities, modern architectures, and business strategies. This will include\nmoving applications and data from the current environment to Microsoft Azure,\nand modernising applications to transform from rigid monolithic applications to\nmodular, flexible and
