You will play a\npivotal role in transforming our existing native application into a\nstate-of-the-art web-based solution, setting the standard for innovation and\nexcellence within the company.\nResponsibilities:\nLaunch and Lead the ART: Establish and lead thenew ART, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and\nrelentless value delivery.\n\nDrive the Transformation: Guide the ART through there-engineering process, ensuring alignment with business objectives and\ntechnical strategy. This includes re-platforming the legacy system and\ndeveloping a new web-based application.\n\nChampion Agile and LeanPrinciples: Embed\nAgile and Lean principles and practices within the ART, coaching teams and\nstakeholders on their effective application.\n\nFacilitate ART Events: Plan and facilitate allART events, including PI Planning, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt\nworkshops, and Scrum of Scrums.\n\nRemove Impediments: Proactively identify andremove impediments that obstruct the ART's progress, escalating issues as\nnecessary.\n\nManage Dependencies: Coordinate and managedependencies between teams within the ART and across other ARTs or\ndepartments.\n\nTrack and Report Progress: Monitor and report on theART's progress towards program objectives, providing transparent and\ntimely updates to stakeholders.\n\nDrive Continuous Improvement: Facilitate continuousimprovement initiatives within the ART, leveraging metrics and feedback to\nidentify and implement enhancements.\n\nFoster a High-PerformingCulture: Cultivate\na collaborative, high-performing team environment that embraces innovation\nand continuous learning.\n\nChampion Cutting-EdgeTechnologies: Promote\nthe adoption and effective utilization of cutting-edge technologies within\nthe ART, ensuring the program remains at the forefront of innovation.\n\nQualifications:\n5+ years of experience as aRelease Train Engineer or equivalent Agile leadership role.\n\nProven experience launching andleading Agile Release Trains.\n\nDeep understanding of Agile andLean principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.\n\nExperience with legacy systemmodernization and re-platforming projects.\n\nStrong technical acumen andfamiliarity with modern web technologies.\n\nExcellent communication,facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nProven ability to influence anddrive change within a large
