objectives. This includes re-platforming the legacy system and developing

    a new web-based application.

  • Coordinate with Existing ARTs: Collaborate closely with

and facilitate key solution train events, including Pre- and Post-PI

Planning, Solution Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

  • Manage Risks and Dependencies: Proactively identify and

manage risks and dependencies across the solution train, escalating

    critical issues and facilitating resolution.

  • Drive Architectural Alignment: Collaborate with

architects and technical leads to ensure alignment with the solution

    architecture and technical strategy.

  • Track and Report Progress: Monitor and report on the

solution train's progress towards strategic objectives, providing

transparent and timely updates to senior leadership.

  • Foster Innovation and

Continuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement

across the solution train, encouraging experimentation and learning from

    successes and failures.

  • Champion Cutting-Edge

    Technologies: Promote

the adoption and effective utilization of cutting-edge technologies within

the solution train, ensuring the program remains at the forefront of

    innovation in the financial industry.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience launching and

leading Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.

  • Deep understanding of Agile and

Lean principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.

modernization, re-platforming, and large-scale software development

    projects.

  • Strong technical acumen and

familiarity with modern web technologies and banking systems.

    management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally).

  • SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)

or SAFe Solution Train Engineer (STE) certification preferred.

Benefits:

    modernizing critical banking systems.

  • Work with cutting-edge

technologies and shape the future of financial technology.
