This includes re-platforming the legacy system and developing\na new web-based application.\n\nCoordinate with Existing ARTs: Collaborate closely withRTEs and stakeholders in existing ARTs to manage dependencies, ensure\nseamless integration, and optimize value delivery across the solution\ntrain.\n\nChampion Agile and LeanPractices: Promote\nand facilitate the adoption of Agile and Lean principles and practices\nacross the solution train, coaching ARTs and stakeholders on their\neffective application.\n\nFacilitate Solution TrainEvents: Plan\nand facilitate key solution train events, including Pre- and Post-PI\nPlanning, Solution Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.\n\nManage Risks and Dependencies: Proactively identify andmanage risks and dependencies across the solution train, escalating\ncritical issues and facilitating resolution.\n\nDrive Architectural Alignment: Collaborate witharchitects and technical leads to ensure alignment with the solution\narchitecture and technical strategy.\n\nTrack and Report Progress: Monitor and report on thesolution train's progress towards strategic objectives, providing\ntransparent and timely updates to senior leadership.\n\nFoster Innovation andContinuous Improvement: Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous improvement\nacross the solution train, encouraging experimentation and learning from\nsuccesses and failures.\n\nChampion Cutting-EdgeTechnologies: Promote\nthe adoption and effective utilization of cutting-edge technologies within\nthe solution train, ensuring the program remains at the forefront of\ninnovation in the financial industry.\n\nQualifications:\n7+ years of experience in Agileleadership roles, including experience as an RTE or STE.\n\nProven experience launching andleading Agile Release Trains and Solution Trains.\n\nDeep understanding of Agile andLean principles and practices, including SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.\n\nExperience with legacy systemmodernization, re-platforming, and large-scale software development\nprojects.\n\nStrong technical acumen andfamiliarity with modern web technologies and banking systems.\n\nExcellent communication,facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nProven ability to influence anddrive change within a complex organizational environment.\n\nExperience with Agile
