Major Responsibilities: Build, deploy and maintain SaaS environment, which includes the infrastructure and application stack on public cloud Responsible for the periodic maintenance of the environments using rolling updates and patch management (infra and application) Support BAU for any environmental issues to resolve them and fix the root cause Bring in operational improvements in day-to-day activities to improve the efficiency of the team Design, develop and modify automated deployment processes and pipelines Work closely with engineering and operations teams to help in defining and promoting industry best practices in release management Become a subject matter expert for SaaS environment Support Disaster recovery processes Provide roster-based support Actively communication with internal/external stakeholders for change Technical Skills Strong hands-on experience with Azure, particularly AKS, Azure Networking, and Azure Security services. Proven experience with Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices. Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Strong Kubernetes and Docker administration skills.
