They work directly with operations and product teams, find real problems, and turn them into working agentic AI and automation solutions quickly. They partner with an onsite Platform Architect and an offshore team of agent engineers, automation developers and QA.\nWhat you'll do\nWork with business users and Product Owners to find automation use cases and shape them into backlog items.\nBuild prototypes and production-grade agents fast, and show working software at every sprint demo.\nIntegrate with enterprise platforms such as property management, workforce management, forecasting and supplier systems through APIs and event-driven patterns.\nBuild on cloud using CI/CD pipelines, following our security and quality standards.\nFeed what you learn on site back to the offshore team so delivery keeps moving quickly.\nAct as a trusted technical voice for client stakeholders, from frontline teams to senior leadership.\nWhat you'll bring\n12+ years in full-stack or platform engineering, with recent hands-on GenAI work.\nStrong skills in LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases and multi-agent orchestration (LangChain, LangGraph, ADK or similar).\nPython and/or TypeScript; REST APIs, event-driven integration, Docker and Kubernetes.\nCloud experience, preferably Azure (AWS or GCP is also fine).\nExperience in customer-facing roles where you turned loosely defined business needs into shipped solutions.\nComfortable working in agile delivery, with fortnightly sprints and demos.\nGood to have\nHospitality or hotel operations experience.
