Run tests on the TestZeus platform. Debug failing or unstable tests. Optimise scenarios for reliable execution.\nGuide customers through their first successful test runs and help them build confidence in the platform.\nIdentify blockers during trials and work with customers to resolve them quickly.\nSupport sales and product teams by helping move customers from trial to successful adoption.\n\nCustomer Test Execution and Debugging (Primary): \nSupport customers in running and troubleshooting tests on TestZeus.\nInvestigate issues using run artefacts such as logs, screenshots, videos, and execution traces.\nDiagnose common issues, including test failures, environment configuration problems, authentication flows, UI changes, and agent behaviour inconsistencies.\nProvide clear explanations to customers: what happened, likely root cause, recommended fix, and best practices to avoid recurrence.\nEscalate platform bugs with clear reproduction steps and debugging evidence.\n\nOnboarding and Customer Success: \nGuide customers through onboarding and initial setup: workspace/project configuration, environment setup, authentication setup, and first test execution.\nWork closely with customers after onboarding to improve test reliability, expand test coverage, and debug failing scenarios.\nThis role may involve customer calls, workshops, or occasional site visits.\n\nScenario Authoring and Test Design Support: \nHelp customers design tests that agents can execute reliably.\nSupport customers in converting requirements into test scenarios, structuring steps clearly, and adding checkpoints and validations to improve scenario clarity for agents.\nDebug flaky or unstable scenarios and recommend improvements.\nYou will enable customers to write better tests, not own their entire automation suite.\n\nFeedback Loop with Product and Engineering: \nAct as the bridge between real customer usage and the TestZeus product team.\nProvide structured feedback on recurring customer issues, gaps in platform usability, debugging limitations, and missing diagnostics.\nWork with engineering to reproduce bugs, prioritise fixes, and improve the reliability of the platform.\n\nBuild Scalable Customer Enablement: \nCreate reusable assets that improve onboarding and troubleshooting: playbooks, troubleshooting guides, templates, best practices, and scenario examples.\nIdentify recurring customer challenges and propose product or workflow improvements.\n\nExpectation Outcomes: \nCustomers reach their first successful test run quickly.\nTrials convert to paying customers because they see clear value.\nCustomers run stable tests reliably on TestZeus.\nIssues are diagnosed quickly and escalated with high-quality technical context.\nCustomer feedback helps improve platform reliability and usability.\n\nRequirements: \n2-5+ years of experience in roles such as QA Engineer, Technical Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Developer Support / Product Specialist.\nStrong debugging skills: reading logs and execution traces, analysing browser behaviour, and isolating root causes.\nComfort with web technologies and modern testing environments.\nBasic familiarity with APIs, JSON, browser debugging tools, and authentication flows (cookies, redirects, and SSO basics).\nAbility to reproduce issues and clearly communicate solutions.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nNice-to-Haves: \nExperience with test automation frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, and Cypress.\nFamiliarity with BDD / Gherkin, CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab, and
