We’ve grown fast, stayed lean, and secured our place as a leader in the industry.\nIf you have excellent English communication skills and are ready to contribute to the most innovative platform on the planet, Tether is the place for you.\nAre you ready to be part of the future?\nAbout the job\nWe’re looking for an Automation QA Engineer with strong automation skills who also takes ownership of manual testing for our desktop and mobile applications.\nResponsibilities\nBuild and maintain desktop and mobile test automation for critical user flows.\n\nIntegrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and keep them fast and reliable.\n\nInvestigate failures, fix flaky tests, and manage test data and environments\n\nReport clear, reproducible bugs and verify fixes\n\nWork with developers and product on testability and acceptance criteria\n\nPerform hands-on functional, exploratory, and regression testing of new features\n\nChoose manual or automated coverage based on risk; maintain regression suites.\n\nRequirements\nMandatory:\n4+ years in QA automation, plus hands-on manual and exploratory testing experience.\n\nStrong programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript.\n\nExperience running tests in CI/CD pipelines (for example, GitHub Actions).\n\nHands-on experience with Playwright for desktop or web, and WebdriverIO + Appium for mobile.\n\nExperience testing Electron and/or React Native apps, including on real iOS and Android devices.\n\nExperience using AI tools in QA and critically reviewing their output.
